Peppol
Fast Lines Belgium is prepared for mandatory Peppol e-Invoicing in Belgium.
From 1 January 2026, electronic invoicing via the Peppol network will become mandatory for all B2B transactions between Belgian VAT-registered companies. As a result, invoices sent as PDF files by email will no longer be legally sufficient.
To comply with this new regulation, Fast Lines Belgium nv has adapted its invoicing process. From 1 January 2026, all invoices issued by Fast Lines Belgium to Belgian VAT-registered customers will be sent exclusively via the Peppol network.
What this means for our customers
Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line) is a secure and standardized network that enables the structured exchange of electronic invoices directly between accounting systems. This change will ensure:
Full legal compliance with Belgian e-invoicing regulations
Faster and more efficient invoice processing
Increased accuracy and reduced administrative burden
Secure and traceable invoice delivery
Our invoices will be sent to your organisation’s registered Peppol ID.
